Style 6050

High performances gasket sheet made by biaxial pure PTFE loaded with barium sulphate and special inorganic micro beads.

It has been developed for applications where it is necessary to apply low bolt loading on glass, ceramic or plastic flanges and in case of non perfect flange surface.

It can work on strong acids, alkalis, solvents, hydrocarbons, chlorine, steam, oils, water, sewage, with the only exception of melted alkaline metals, fluorine and hydrofluoric acid.

The chemical resistance is well combined with extremely low permeability to gases, high resistance to creep and cold-flow if compared with traditional and modified PTFE and easy cutting properties.
