Style 4205

Compressed sheet material made by aramid fibre with NBR rubber and special inorganic fillers.

Due to its high aramid fibers content, it achieves excellent thermal values and the material features a very good adaptability for coping with unevenness in flange surfaces.

The combination of aramid fibers and physiologically neutral binding agents ensures the mechanical strength of the material. This makes the sheet flexible and very easy to handle.

The use of aramid fibers as the main component gives good sealing characteristics, even with low surface stresses. The material also has excellent recovery (elastic) properties, which allows it to cope well with the thermal expansions in installation.
