HYBRID PTFE-GRAPHITE YARN ON ARAMID

Aramid carrier wrapped with PTFE-graphite foil. High heat dissipation and tensile strength.

Using a special yarn manufactured starting from a PTFE/graphite leaf folded around continuous aramid fibers, then braided with HCD® system, the new packings achieved can now be applied on toughest working conditions thanks to the high tensile strenght of the aramidic fibers and the heat dissipation capacity of the carbon yarn surrounded by the PTFE/graphite.

High pressure, bad mechanical conditions of the equipement, strong chemicals, high peripheral speed are just a few of the conditions where the new packing can be succesfully used.
